Title: Oven-Roasted Asparagus

2lbThin asparagus, trimmed
1tbGarlic-and-red
  Pepper-flavored olive oil
1/2tsKosher salt

Preheat oven to 500 F. Place asparagus on baking sheet. Toss with flavored oil and salt. Roast 15 to 17 minutes, tossing twice, until slightly charred.

*Makes 12 servings. Per serving: 27 calories, 2g protein, 3g carbohydrate, 1g fat, 0 cholesterol, 90mg sodium.
